    Hi Alisa,

To further check on this, can you help please confirm on which Office application you are unable to see the My Template, is it on Word application? If yes, you can may to perform the steps below:

First thing is you need to check is whether your templates are still saved locally on your device and haven’t been deleted or moved. The My Templates tab only appears if Office can detect your personal templates folder, so if the files are missing, the tab won’t show up.

To proceed, please open File Explorer and paste this to the address bar: %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates then press enter

Once confirmed if the template is still there, copy the full path of this folder and paste it into Word by going to File > Options > Save > Default personal template location.

After this process wherein the location is set correctly, the My template or Personal tab should appear when you go to File > New.

However, note that if the folder is empty, then you'll need to recreate your template before it can show up again.
