I can't claim my microsoft rewards

I removed my phone number from my Microsoft account before I knew it was required for Microsoft Rewards redemption. I'm located in Saudi Arabia, where the Bing app is not available, and my account no longer gives me the option to add a phone number back as a security method. Is there another way to verify my account so I can redeem my Microsoft Rewards?

As this is a Rewards related issue I would like to suggest getting in touch with them via https://rewards.bing.com/support and complete the listed form. Then keep an eye on your email including the junk/spam folder for a response from them.

In the meantime you may also like to consider starting an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. Just follow the instructions on the page and say you need more help to get to a person. You'll probably need to add your phone number back to your account and if you can't via https://account.microsoft.com then you'll need help from support.
