Activate MS365 on Mac with existing account

I'm trying to activate my MS365 account on a Mac. I keep getting an error code 0x0. I paid for MS365 in 2024 and paid for further years.

I understand that you are getting an error activating Office.

You may run to the license removal tool by downloading and installing it through this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac

However, before running the license removal tool application make sure to sign out your account on all the Office application and make sure that all Office application are closed then once done, you may now run the license removal tool.
