I also checked my rewards page via browser to reference what you are referring to but it doesn't seem to show on my end either. I tried to find any updates ab out this but I haven't found any official Microsoft announcement confirming that this promotion has ended. Microsoft Rewards promotions can vary by account, region, and availability, so it's possible for certain activities to no longer appear even if they remain available to other users.
As fellow member of the Microsoft Community, I don't have access to Microsoft Rewards accounts or visibility into current or upcoming Rewards promotions, so I am unable to confirm whether the stamp card has been removed or why it no longer appears on your dashboard.
