Does the active subscription appear under “Services & subscriptions” for the same email address used in OneDrive?

How much storage is shown when you sign in directly to OneDrive Web at https://onedrive.live.com?

Is the warning about OneDrive storage or Outlook mailbox storage?

Do not click any links in the warning email. Sign in directly to your Microsoft account and check the storage information there.

Click the white OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar, then click "View online". In the window that opens, do you see your 1 TB of storage listed at the bottom left? I want to make sure you are linked to the correct account.

Yes that shows 1 TB of storage available, with less than 0.1 GB used.

I hope you didn't have to sign in again when you did that. If you needed to sign in again, your computer wasn't linked to OneDrive.

Please find those emails by going to the app launcher at onedrive.com. You can find it by clicking the nine-dot grid icon in the top-left corner of the page at onedrive.com, then click on "Outlook". You can find all your linked apps (Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) through the app launcher. I'm still wondering if your account is properly linked to all your apps.

I have never set up an Outlook account, and don't wish to. I have used several of the other apps (Word, Excel, etc.)

I access my Hotmail account at outlook.com, but perhaps you are using a third-party email address to log in and don't receive your mail at outlook.com.

I have 1 TB of storage identified in both 365 and OneDrive. All under the same e-mail.

The warning looks to be about OneDrive, not Outlook (which I do not use)

How much storage is currently used in OneDrive?

What email address sent the warning? Please do not click any links in it.

Does the warning also appear when you sign in directly to OneDrive Web, or only in the email?

Also check the OneDrive Recycle Bin, as deleted files can still count toward storage until they are permanently removed.
