Why am I getting emails about exceeding my cloud storage limit when I have an active 365 subscription?

    Click the white OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar, then click "View online". In the window that opens, do you see your 1 TB of storage listed at the bottom left? I want to make sure you are linked to the correct account.

    I have 1 TB of storage identified in both 365 and OneDrive. All under the same e-mail.

    The warning looks to be about OneDrive, not Outlook (which I do not use)
