Hi, my subscription just renewed and when I went to use Excel as I do every day the system locked out and I can't access any of my files and every time I try to activate I get an error code 0x0. I have attempted to reinstall but the new software isn't compatible with my current computer, Currently running Mac Ventura 13.7.8 and my computer is to old to update further. How to I get the subscription that I am paying for to work, like it has been for a few years now, and get past this error message? Please I really need the Office Suite to be up and running.

Microsoft 365 can run on macOS Ventura 13 only by using an older Office version.

Microsoft ended support for Ventura with Office version 16.101, released in September 2025. Newer Microsoft 365 installations and updates require macOS Sonoma 14 or later.

Uninstall your current Ms365, then downgrade to version 16.101 by using this installer.
