How to get rid of spam emails?

What is the most efficient way to get rid of spam emails? I tried using Defender but that does not accomplish my goal.

Unfortunately, the most effective way is to change e-mail. Because there is no way to remove your e-mail from spammer databases. You may try to look for e-mail server with more strong spam filtering and redirect your mails to this server.
