Why is someone who has always been able to send email, suddenly getting marked as spam?

I have been getting emails from a certain group and individuals within this group for MONTHS, they've always just gone to a certain folder, as set up in my rules. For some reason, the past week or so, emails from this one person are getting sent to that folder but yet there's a line in there that says this was marked as spam. Granted I can say 'this isn't spam' but why out of the blue are they getting 'flagged' !!????

    Hello

Can you locate this email, find the email header using the instruction here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/view-internet-message-headers-in-outlook

Then share it here, make sure you remove personal information such as email addresses to protect yours and sender's privacy when you share.

Without the email header information, there's no way for me to tell you the exact reason it was marked as spam. And I don't want to simply guess what it might be.
