Microsoft Publisher PDF/Print Output Margins Not Matching Page Layout

I need the red shape to cover the whole page. What am I doing wrong for printing?

I have set the margins to zero and tried scaling it in the print preview. Nothing seems to help.

Hi Nick,

Based on your screenshot, the white border in print preview is likely your Drafting printer's non-printable area. The Publisher margins are only layout guides, and they do not override the printer's hardware printing limits. You suggest you should if your printer supports borderless printing:

• In File > Print > select Printer Properties
• Look for settings like Borderless, No margin, Edge-to-edge printing, etc.
• If your printer does not offer a borderless option, Publisher cannot force it
