set canvas size in paint

how to mke the initial canvas 8 x 10. I'm trying to size a photo and the initial canvas is 6 x 6.

To set the starting canvas to 8 × 10 inches:

1. Open Paint with a blank canvas.
2. Press Ctrl + E to open Image Properties.
3. Select Inches.
4. Enter 8 for Width and 10 for Height.
5. Select OK, close Paint without saving, and reopen it. Paint should remember the last canvas size.
