Azure portal no longer works

As of about a month ago, we found that we could no longer access the Volume Licensing Center by normal means. We found the hard way that we had to use an 'onmicrosoft.com' account through our Office 365 management portal to get those.

Today I wanted to check on our one Azure VM. I have tried every combination of sites, logins, and passwords we have. I end up either back at the old VLC login page or a site as though I was setting up a new account in Azure where I had no resources. This is a business account for which we pay monthly.

I am having the same experience with another Azure account where we host a web page. It is a personal account not associated with the business.

What changed? What to what website should I be going?
