    Hi, @Robert Jackson

Try opening the BitLocker recovery-key page on another device, such as a phone or another computer: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

Also test a different browser or use a private/incognito window. If it still keeps loading, try another internet connection, such as mobile data or a phone hotspot.

Make sure you sign in with the same Microsoft account used on the locked computer.

Does the page show any error, or does it only keep scrolling and loading?

    Hi Robert,

I know how frustrating this can be. The endless scrolling/loading issue on the BitLocker recovery page is a known glitch that happens sometimes with Microsoft's servers or browser caching. Here are a few workarounds that usually fix it:

Try Incognito/InPrivate Mode: Open an Incognito window in your browser, search for your Microsoft account login via your search engine, and navigate to the BitLocker recovery keys section from your dashboard. This bypasses any corrupted cookies or extensions causing the hang.

Use a Different Device or Network: Try accessing your account from your smartphone using your mobile data network (turn off Wi-Fi). Sometimes, network filters or ISP routing issues cause the page to stall.

Try a Different Browser: If you are using Chrome, try Edge or Firefox (or vice versa).

Check Work/School Accounts: If your computer was ever connected to a work or school email, your key might be backed up on their servers instead of your personal Microsoft account. Search for the Microsoft "My Account" portal for work or school, log in with those credentials, and check your listed devices.

If none of these work, Microsoft's servers might be experiencing a temporary outage. Give it an hour or two and try again. Hope this helps you get back in!
