My hard drive is full due to all the microsoft updates. Any way to delete the install packages or something to free up space? This is becoming a major issue.

Thanks

    Hi, good day!

To better understand what's consuming the space, could you let me know

    • Approximately how much free space is left on your C: drive?
    • Is the drive full only after a recent update, or has it been gradually filling up over time?

    Please try the following

Press Windows key + R to open Run, type cleanmgr, and press Enter.

Select your C: drive, then click OK

    Click Clean up system files

Check Windows Update Cleanup, Temporary Windows installation files (if available), and any other items you're comfortable removing, then click OK.

I look forward to your update and am willing to collaborate with you until we resolve the issue. Keep me posted by clicking "Add comments" below.
