Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi Kimberly,
Based on your sharing, I have tested in my Outlook web version, but the links still work properly and point to the correct addresses. Therefore, I suspect the issue may be related to cached data or extensions in your Chrome browser that causing this situation.
To confirm whether it is a browser related issue, you can have a test by using a different browser like Edge or an incognito profile. If the issue doesn't persist, try clearing Chrome cache and extensions by:
- Click the vertical three dot icon on the top right > Delete browsing data > Delete on this device
- Select the vertical three dot again > Extensions > Manage Extensions > temporarily turn off all available extensions then test again with Outlook. If the issue is gone, re-enable each extension one by one to identify which cause the issue
You can give it a try and let me know whether it works. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out again in the comments on this post. I'm happy to assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
