How do I speak to someone through Live Chat? I purchased Microsoft Office Home 2024 in July 2025. I have the order number and the product key, but Word does not allow me to "select all" or "copy/paste." I need to speak to someone to get some help.

You can reach a chat via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Choose Office. If you're lucky, you'll get to a chat eventually.
Generally, a restart of the computer fixes inconsistencies such as an inability to copy and paste. However, details are important.
Do you see any error message when you try to select, copy and paste? Is the problem when using keyboard shortcuts or only when you use the mouse to select?
