To narrow this down:
- Does the entire email fail to arrive, or only the attachment is missing?
- Does the sender receive an error or delivery failure message?
- Does this happen with all senders and attachment types, or only certain files?
Also check the “Junk Email” folder and search for the sender’s email address.
