Pivot table label filter LOV has "stacked paper" symbol next to each choice

Since three days ago, every pivot table label LOV has a new symbol next to it that looks like two pieces of stacked paper. Now the pivot tables are unstable and all data is removed when I try to add a new column or row to the pivot.

How do I fix this?
