why is this evservice kept popping up when i switch on my pc?

Hi,

Does this error appear when you start your PC?

"Failed to connect to EVService. EVService may have been used by other users. Please switch to another user account and then switch back."

You can try performing a clean boot and disabling EVService, or if you have an Acer laptop, it would be the Acer User Sensing service.

In addition to a clean boot, try checking the Task Scheduler in the Windows search bar, under the Task Scheduler library tab.
