bitlocker - cant log into website

Question

when I try to log into the https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey website it goes into a loop, not openning up.

I have cleared cache

Onedrive is not full

logged out of local pc's microsoft account.

I also had this exact issue and tried tons of things to fix it, clearing cache, different devices, different browsers, etc.

For me what fixed it was logging in inside of incognito mode, and using a 2FA method like a phone number. The recovery key website seems to require 2FA to access, but it won't prompt you, which is what's causing the authentication loop.

I had this issue today on and off too. I believe the issue is server-side, not something you can fix on your end.

It was intermittent for me, and I got better luck with incognito mode. Or if you try to go through https://account.live.com first.

I know the site had some issue a few days ago, so it can be still a bit unstable due to that.
