Hello,

Someone from Microsoft team can help to look at our identity validation id: e69edeae-d8ba-4a42-ad4c-bc90b0e0f92b.

It failed with no reason so we can not proceed the next steps.

Since identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing is handled by Microsoft's backend services, other community members can't access the validation details or determine why the verification failed.

A Microsoft moderator or support engineer will need to review your validation request using the following information:

Identity Validation ID: e69edeae-d8ba-4a42-ad4c-bc90b0e0f92b

The Azure subscription ID associated with the Artifact Signing account.

The region where you are creating the resource.

The approximate date and time (UTC) when the validation failed.

Whether this is an organization or individual identity validation.

If no failure reason is shown in the portal, it's likely that the validation requires manual investigation. A Microsoft moderator may ask you to provide additional information privately or open a support request to review the backend logs.

In the meantime, please confirm:

Whether the organization information in the validation exactly matches your official registration documents: yes

Whether this is your first validation attempt or a retry after a previous failure: we did try second time
