Thanks for your response. Under Object Name, please put your Windows user account or the one that you are using to sign in.
Note: If you’re not sure of username, please doublecheck it by pressing Win + R, type whoami, and press Enter. It will show your account name in the format computername\username. Your user name is after the slash. Thanks

Greetings!
This is Tin, looks like you cannot use Pin as a sign in option on your Windows 11. I'll do my best to help.
May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Usually this issue happen when NGC folder is corrupted.
Please press Windows key + E to open the File explorer. Please go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
Please unhide the hidden files on your File Explorer.
Please make sure to take own the folder of NGC.
Right click on NGC, click Properties, go to Security tab, hit Advanced, change owner to your account with admin access. Then choose Full control the apply the changes.
Once you opened the NGC folder, please delete all the files inside that folder.
Restart your computer. The current PIN will be deleted. Then you should be able to set up a new PIN.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Tin

2026-07-30T01:58:40.54+00:00 I was able to reset my PIN but I still see the message that the PIN is unavailable. But I was able to use my new pin to set up my face id.
However, even though I have full control of the NGC file, I couldn't delete all of the files. I did see a new file generated after I changed my PIN.
Thank you so much for your help Tin!
