Internal Speakers not working

Got some assistance earlier today. A reload of the Realtek driver and Windows 11 did not fix the problem. I can only hear if I use a bluetooth speaker or headphones.

1. What do you mean by reloading the Realtek driver and Windows 11? Do you mean that you reinstalled the audio driver and reinstalled Windows 11?
2. When did the issue start, and what changes were made to your computer before the issue started?
3. What is the make and model of your device?

In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and press Enter. Please share a screenshot of that window.

1. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager. Click View > Show hidden devices. Expand Sound, video and game controllers. Please take a screenshot and share it here.
