I can´´t install the new patch (14.07.2026). Can you help me to fix the problem?

Please, first of all be ensure you're enrolled in Windows 10 Extended Security Updates.

If yes, try to download the update directly from here:

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5099539

Let me know what is the situation

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, after downloading the file and starting the installation, the process stalled (just like with Windows Update).Any other idea? Will eventually the next update (in August) fix automatcally the problem?

Ok, press WIN +X and open terminal as admin, now type

Get-WindowsUpdateLog

then attach the created log in your onedrive, share here the link
