I am unable to access the Privacy dashboard. When prompted to sign in to my account, I keep being returned to the sign in page and am unable to enter my pin or passkey.

Hey there, John Berry

Thanks for the information.

If you have tried signing in using an InPrivate browsing window, I can rule out cookies and cache, as the session runs with no cache and cookies.

Instead, please can you sign into your Microsoft account through this link here: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Once you have signed into your account, please can you click "Privacy" from the main navigation menu along the top

The reason why I am asking you to go through this workflow to get to your privacy dashboard is because when you sign into your security proofs page, you must authenticate using a security key or verify your sign-in. Once you have done this, you can proceed to other protected pages such as your privacy page.

Thus, when you click onto privacy, it shouldn't ask you to sign-in, it should just open the dashboard for you.

If this works. This tells me it was a problem with the site authenticating for some reason. If it doesn't work, then please let me know and we can further troubleshoot this.

Thanks,
Nathan

            **Microsoft runs on trust**

Sign in to manage your data and privacy settings

The sign in page looks as above and although I can sign in to my account I cannot get past this page to sign in to the Privacy Dashboard. This was not the case until recently and I cannot seem to get any advice on how to resolve this

    Hey there, John Berry

So that I am on the right page with your question, please can you share a link to the privacy dashboard you are wanting to sign into?

Because in my head, I am thinking it could be one of the following:

Please can you try opening an InPrivate browsing session on your computer and seeing if it will allow you to sign into the privacy dashboard from there?

    Thanks,
    Nathan
