Dear Microsoft Team Engineer

I am writing to request your assistance in recovering a missing Microsoft Teams meeting recording from 29 June 2026.

I have already followed all the standard troubleshooting steps, including:

Checking the Recordings folder in my OneDrive / SharePoint.

Searching through the Recycle Bin on OneDrive / SharePoint.

Checking the meeting chat history for any expiration updates.

Unfortunately, the recording file is still missing.

Could you please help check the Second-stage Recycle Bin or perform a system-level recovery to restore this recording?

    Hello,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are missing a Microsoft Teams meeting recording and would like to have it restored.

In this situation, you will need to create a support ticket with Microsoft Support so they can investigate the meeting recording's availability and determine whether it can be restored from the back end.

When submitting the support request, please provide the following information:

    • The exact date and time when the meeting is created.
    • A screenshot showing the meeting recording in Microsoft Teams

If you are an end user, please contact your IT administrator and ask them to create a support request on your behalf.

If you are a Microsoft 365 administrator, you can create a support ticket by following the instructions in the following article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum. Community members do not have access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, service configuration, or backend resources. Only Microsoft Support has the required permissions and tools to investigate and potentially restore your recording.

Thank you, and I hope this helps.
