Certiport Linking to MS-Learn

I have completed the AZ-900 on Certiport but cannot get the cert into my MS learn portal

Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. There is no account-linking step available that will make an AZ-900 earned through Certiport appear in Microsoft Learn right now.

What can be done:

1. Manage and share the certification from the Certiport account.
2. In Microsoft Learn, verify whether the expected credential is missing because of the sign-in account:
   • Sign in to Learn.
   • Select the profile avatar.
   • Go to Profile > Transcript.
   • If needed, try any other Microsoft account that may have been used during exam registration.
3. If the credential is still not available in Learn, use Microsoft Credentials Support for additional help.

Microsoft has stated that Certiport integration with Microsoft Credentials on Learn is being improved, but until that work is complete, Certiport-earned certifications must be viewed and shared through the Certiport Test Candidate account.
