    Hi @Ryan Paul

If your emails are consistently being delivered to recipients' Spam or Junk folders, the issue is often related to email authentication, domain reputation, or sending practices rather than the number of emails you send per day.

Since you migrated from Hostinger to Microsoft 365 about 4 months ago, please check the following:

Verify that your DNS records are correctly configured, especially SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Missing or incorrect records can cause receiving mail systems to classify your messages as spam.

    • Check your domain reputation using public mail reputation tools and confirm whether your domain or IP has been flagged by any email filtering services.

Review the content of your emails. Excessive links, attachments, marketing-style wording, or bulk emailing patterns can increase the likelihood of spam filtering.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm:

I look forward for your reply.
