outlook calendar - swap around

Question

I use 2 shared calendars and have them open side by side on the same screen. They have swapped round though, so the left is now on the right and vice versa.

Can I swap what sides they are on so they are as they were?

The calendar order in Classic Outlook is determined by the order in which the calendars appear in the navigation pane on the left.

To move the Installations calendar to the left side of your view, simply drag the Installations calendar higher in the list so that it appears above the Engineers calendar. Once the order is updated, the Installations calendar should appear on the left, while the Engineers calendar will appear on the right when viewing calendars side by side.

Based on your description, may I ask if you're viewing the two shared calendars in separate windows on a Windows device? If so, when the windows swap positions, you can usually drag them back using your mouse or adjust their placement using the Windows key + Left/Right Arrow keyboard shortcuts.

If that does not resolve the issue, could you please provide a bit more information?

• What method did you originally use to separate the calendars into different windows?
