    Kimberly, you are not talking to support here. This is community forum, so no one here can look up your plan ID or review your account.

    However, I might be able to find out what's going on if you don't mind telling me a bit more -

    Are you using Office product on Windows 11, or macOS?

    What exactly is the problem? Did you get any message telling you that your subscription expired? If so, does this message come up in the app, like Word, Excel, or?

    If this is macOS, What is your macOS version?

    Is your office product purchased from Microsoft or from Apple?
