    Hi Shaila Nurmuhammed,

To help determine what happened, could you please confirm the following:

    • Where is the workbook stored (OneDrive, SharePoint/Teams, or a local drive)?
    • Are you using Excel Desktop or Excel for the web?
    • Was AutoSave enabled while you were working on the file?
    • Is the workbook shared with other users?

    In the meantime, please check:

    1. Open the workbook directly from OneDrive or SharePoint in a browser and review Version History there.
    2. Search your device for duplicate copies of the workbook. Sometimes changes are made to a local copy rather than the cloud version.
    3. Check OneDrive sync status for any sync errors that may have occurred during the missing date range.
    4. Review the Recycle Bin in OneDrive or SharePoint in case the file was moved, replaced, or restored.

If the workbook is stored in SharePoint or OneDrive and no versions exist for those dates, it may indicate that the edits were never synchronized to the cloud or were made in a different file instance.
