I have 2 micro soft home account

Question

I have 2 accounts, i have cancelled one, but micro soft have taken the money for subscription, from the one i have cancelled, but still need to keep the other account, how do i resolve this.

Log into both your Microsoft accounts on this link, do you find a Microsoft 365 subscription listed on each account and if so, are they both indicated as active and if you click Manage on each subscription, is recurring billing enabled on both subscriptions.

I had to reopen my unwanted account, turn off the recurring billing and then reclose my account, i wished i done this before my subscription where due.
