Dear Microsoft Support,
I am requesting immediate assistance regarding a legitimate Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Business for Mac perpetual license that I legally purchased and own.
My license is correctly associated with my Microsoft account and is still listed under Services & Subscriptions. However, I am completely unable to activate the product.
To rule out any local installation issues, I have already performed the following steps:
- Verified that the Office 2019 license is present in my Microsoft account.
- Removed the current Office installation.
- Installed Office for Mac version 16.78.3 (the last version compatible with Office 2019).
- Signed in using the same Microsoft account that owns the license.
- Used the official Microsoft License Removal Tool.
- Removed and recreated the local licensing database.
- Restarted the Mac and repeated the activation process.
Despite all of the above, activation always fails with the generic error 0x0, and Office remains in an unlicensed state.
I would like to emphasize that this is not a subscription but a perpetual license that I purchased in good faith. I have fully complied with Microsoft's licensing requirements and have exhausted all official troubleshooting procedures.
I therefore request that Microsoft:
- Investigate the activation failure associated with my Microsoft account.
- Reset or repair the activation records for my Office 2019 Home & Business for Mac license, if necessary.
- Provide a technical solution that restores the functionality of the perpetual license I have legally purchased.
If this issue is related to a change in Microsoft's activation infrastructure or licensing services, I would appreciate a clear explanation and an official resolution.
I expect this issue to be treated as a licensing problem rather than a request to purchase a new product, since my license remains valid and is still associated with my Microsoft account.
Thank you for your prompt attention.
