RecoveryKey page cycles during login and never properly loads

Hi there. After the latest update, windows is asking for my bitlocker recovery key. Loging into my microsoft account works and my PC is listed in devices.
However, when I click on the bitlocker page, it does not load properly.

Hi,

It is not you. This is a server-side issue and we have gotten many reports. I can assure you the key is saved; you just cannot access it due to a bug. Hopefully, in the next day or two, it will be solved.
