i am unable to login for elevator account from my learn account of microsoft

Question

i have achieved 24 certificates and 4 trophy's in my learn account.while entering the credentials for elevate for educator it asks for url of learn account

and when i enter as per the required procedure it reverts back with a message as already shared with other account

how to know which account is linked to it
