AI Skills Fest 2026 - Did not receive my exam voucher from Pearson

Hi everyone,

I participated in the Microsoft AI Skills Fest last month (June 8–12) and successfully completed my learning playlist on time. I also made sure to submit the voucher claim form before the event ended.

I've been checking my inbox and spam folders daily, but I still haven't received my 100% off exam voucher email from Pearson / MindHub. Since the distribution window ended on July 10th, I am reaching out here to see if a moderator can help look into my account.

I can provide my Microsoft Learn account details, email, and proof of completion in a private message once an agent responds.
