Subject: Microsoft Rewards quest stuck at 12/14 days

Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

I’m contacting you because my Microsoft Rewards quest “Set Bing as your default search engine for 14 days” appears to be stuck at 12/14 days.

For more than two days, the progress has not increased even though:

• Microsoft Edge is my default browser.
• Bing is my default search engine.
• I am signed in to the correct Microsoft account.
• I continue using Bing through Microsoft Edge every day.

I have also restarted my PC, verified my settings, and checked the quest on another device, but the progress remains at 12/14.

Could you please review my account and the tracking for this quest? I’ve been trying for two days and have checked everything, I expect the counter to work. I’m trying to reach Gold status, and this issue is preventing me from completing the level-up requirements.
