I have an annual renewal for Microsoft 365. Noticed today when I tried to use Word it said I needed a subscription. Went to billing and noticed that it renewed for Exel. How do I get this fixed? I am unable to contact anyone by phone.

The only subscription Microsoft provides is for Microsoft 365, that includes all apps in the Office suite, there is no separate subscription for Excel alone.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.
