Microsoft reward points disappeared

I had to take my computer in for repair and in order to repair it, he had to uninstall and then reinstall windows11 Before I took the computer in I had (rough estimate) 50,000 reward points. Now since windows11 was reinstalled that all vanished.

Rewards points are not stored on your PC and would not be removed by reinstalling Windows, they are stored online on your Microsoft account.

Ensure you are logging into your browser and Bing with the exact same Microsoft account that you previously used and your rewards points should still be available to you.
