so here is the thing my microsoft acc was hacked and info such as email , password , username was changed and the only proof i have is simply luck so in microsoft store it says , "We will send a verification code to um*****@gameghormail.com‎. To verify that this is your email address, enter it below." but that is not mine but un the top says "******@gmail.com

Verify your email" thats mine and yet when i sent tickets and asked help ,, nothing im so disapointed

Based on your description and the screenshot you provided, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

But since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
