If you want to contact a representative, you can use these steps to contact chat support.

• Go to Microsoft Support page.
• Type Live chat in the search box. 
• Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
• Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other products
• On the Category tab, choose Billing and Account Profile questions 
• Go to Confirm. 
• You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser. 

Additionally, I'd like to see what I can help regarding your account issue. May I know more details about it?

Use Microsoft Support contact options:

• Contact a Microsoft support agent
• Contact us
• If this is a Microsoft 365 for home issue, use the Get Help app or browser to contact support.
• If this is a work or school account password issue, use Help with a work or school account password
• If a live person is needed, use I need to talk to a customer support agent

If the issue is with OneDrive sign-in, the support page also points to Contact Microsoft Support, then enter the problem and select Get Help. If more help is needed, select Contact Support.
