Printing new outlook calendar in landscape

I cannot print my new outlook calendar in landscape mode as I did in the old outlook. I see there are many complaints about this matter. How can I print in landscape mode without having to change my system printer?

    Hi, @Doris McCulloch

    This is currently a limitation of New Outlook. It does not have the same calendar page setup and landscape options as Classic Outlook.

    As a workaround:

    • Select “Print.”
    • Choose “Microsoft Print to PDF.”
    • Select “Landscape.”
    • Open “More settings.”
    • Adjust the scale to around 50% or 40% until the full calendar fits.

    This creates a landscape PDF without changing your system printer settings. You can then print the saved PDF using your normal printer.
