    Hello ryan bender

I’m sorry you have been charged for a subscription you did not intend to use. To help identify the charge, could you please confirm:

    • When you sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions is a Microsoft 365 subscription listed?
    • Have you checked every personal Microsoft account that you may have used with your Xbox?
    • Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft or through another company, such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or a retailer?

Once we have these details, we can point you toward the most appropriate billing or cancellation option.

I hope we can help you identify where the charge is coming from and guide you to the right next step.‌
