Authenticator app won’t let me in

Despite help to get the authenticator app to work because I have a test that’s due on Saturday and I cannot get into my college account

    Based on your description, I understand that you are unable to complete the MFA verification step.

    Because you are using an Education account, this account is managed and configured by your school's administrator (such as the IT department or the school's administrative office).

    In this situation, you can contact your tenant administrator (typically the school's IT department) and request that they reset MFA for your account.

    The next time you sign in, you will be prompted to set up MFA again, and the issue should be resolved.

    After contacting the administrator, please provide them with the following documentation:
