    Hello Kevin Grantham

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Since reinstalling the extension did not help, please try the following:

    1. Open the Web Clipper in an InPrivate/Incognito window. If it works there, clear the browser’s cookies and site data for Microsoft, OneNote, and Live sign-in pages.
    2. Temporarily allow third-party cookies and pop-ups, and disable any privacy, ad-blocking, or security extensions that could interrupt the sign-in window.
    3. Sign out of other Microsoft accounts in the browser, restart the browser, and then sign in with only the account that owns the OneNote notebooks.
    4. Test the Web Clipper in another supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

Microsoft’s setup guidance also states that the Web Clipper must be granted the requested browser and account permissions during sign-in. These permissions can be reviewed in the Microsoft account’s application settings.

You can read more about this info here: Getting Started with the OneNote Web Clipper

Another practical workaround is to copy the webpage into OneNote or capture the page using Windows+Shift+S and paste it into a OneNote page.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
