I have recieved an invoice from my personal credit card for a service i'm not aware of (attached). Private customer support tells me its for Windows 365 and for business account. I'm not aware of any business accounts for me. If i'm trying to use the two accounts i have it tells me neither are valid for business. Hence i'm unable to log in to the system to see what i paid for. what to do?

Before you tell me to contact customer support be aware that customer support robot is not helping me before i log in. Hence i'm in doom loop. I cant log in hence i cant ask for help but there is no way how to recover my account since my emails are not working in business account.

Any help that actually gets me to a human that tells me how to get into my business account would be very much appreciatated.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concern, particularly since you're unable to access the account associated with the charge.

Could you please send the invoice to me via private message? Once I review the invoice details (such as the subscription information, billing ID, or tenant details), I'll do my best to investigate further and provide additional guidance.
