This isn't my laptop but a favour for a friend. This laptop is consistently crashing and rebooting. It happens on startup and after about one minute or two into getting into windows.

I have re-installed windows, ran memtest86 (no issues), ran windows in safe mode, installed all windows and "MyAsus" updates and drivers.

I have switched from a gen 4 Nvme to a spare gen 3 just for testing and used a different nvme slot in the laptop but now I can't even install windows on this drive from usb cause it crashes on that too. (I'm using ventoy and a windows 11 25H2 iso on the usb)

I have no spare ddr5 ram and I'm unsure what else I can check.

Please someone help I'm stumped.

    Hi ,

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

    Thanks
