Customer support: How do I get a person to help me?

I don't want to go through 465,000 questions. I just want to ask a person like my subscription used to allow me to do.

I agree with you MD. Purchased Microsoft 365 Personal 8 days ago and have questions. It seems all I get is a Bot and lose the Chat when I try to do what the bot says. Security is good but this is ridiculous. Tried signing in with my account on one of our other major computers and now that computer is locked! 8 Days with no access and all you get are answers from a programmed Bot - Where is the personal service by phone speaking with a real person? Yes, I'm ticked.

If you are using a Personal or Family subscription, you should be able to chat with a Microsoft agent by visiting https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and choose Microsoft 365. If you are using a corporate or institutional subscription, your tenant administrator should be able to contact Microsoft for you.
