When I open the outlook app, there is no "setting" - it just brings you to two options add account or create new account which to me is redundant! When I hit add account I see my old emails in the app there is a check box next to the old email but there is no delete button - someone at Microsoft should work on this UI / UX asap - please help !

    Hi!

The accounts are also saved on the mobile device itself, under Settings. You need to delete the accounts from there.

    • Old accounts—and even iCloud accounts or others carried over from a phone migration—can cause issues in Outlook.
    1. First, sign out of your account in the Outlook app.
    2. Open your iPhone's Settings > Look for the Accounts, Accounts & Sync, or similar option > Find your Hotmail or Microsoft account > Remove the account.

    1. Uninstall Outlook (See link below) > Restart your iPhone > Reinstall it from the Apple Store.
