    IMO, this is a known issue at the moment. Please wait for sometime, it should be fixed automatically.

    Multiple users are reporting the same issue accessing the BitLocker page. It's a server issue that Microsoft needs to fix.
    Wait for a while and try to access the BitLocker key recovery page again, unfortunately there is no other solution.
