I've been hacked. Password was changed on twice from an IP Address in another state. I changed the password. All emails now go to the junk folder (even those from the safe sender list). Password was changed again three days later. I changed the to a new password again. Test email still goes directly to junk folder.

Thank you. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Gregory Campbell

I'm sorry to hear that. Since your password has already been changed multiple times, it's important to treat this as a potentially compromised account rather than just a password issue.

Here are the recommended next steps:

Run the Microsoft Account Security Checkup to review recent sign-in activity, remove unrecognized devices, and sign out of all sessions.

Enable two-step verification (2FA) if it isn't already enabled, preferably using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Check your Outlook rules, forwarding settings, and blocked/safe sender lists. Attackers often create hidden rules that move or redirect mail, which could explain why your emails are going to Junk.

Scan all devices you use to access your account with up-to-date antivirus or Microsoft Defender to ensure malware isn't capturing your credentials.

If you continue to see unauthorized sign-ins after securing your account, contact Microsoft Support for additional assistance.

One question: are you using a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com/Hotmail/Live) or a Microsoft 365 work or school account? That will help determine the most appropriate recovery steps.
